This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating high-quality instructional programs, fostering student achievement and participation, and promoting excellence in arts education across all campuses. The Director will collaborate with campus and district leaders to support curriculum alignment, instructional growth, educator development, and community engagement. This individual also manages key operational components, including program budgets, staffing, scheduling, compliance, UIL contests, and partnerships.
