SummerFest 2024 is near! Here's some important information regarding accommodation options:


Dorm Rooms:

  • Cost: $25 per room per night.
  • Accommodation: Double occupancy only, with two double rooms sharing one bathroom. No Single rooms are available.
  • Roommate Selection: You can choose your roommate or choose a random pairing.
  • Additional Options: Hotel room options in the vicinity will be announced shortly.
  • Dorm checkout is at 10 am on Friday 6/14.
  • A limited number of dorm rooms are available.


Suggestions for Dorm Stay and Essentials to Bring :

  • Sleeping linens for a regular twin bed or a sleeping bag, a pillow, towel, washcloth, shower shoes, and any personal toiletries you may require.
  • Provided Amenities: Each bathroom will be stocked with toilet paper and hand soap for your convenience.
