Job Description: Lake Belton High School is seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and visionary Theatre Director to lead our award-winning theatre program. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a high-standard artistic environment while mentoring students in the craft of acting, technical production, and theatrical theory. This role requires a leader who can maintain the "Bronco" spirit of excellence through both classroom instruction and mainstage productions. Key Responsibilities Instructional Leadership Teach a comprehensive curriculum for Theatre Arts I-IV. Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students with varying skill levels and backgrounds. Production & Directing Serve as the artistic lead for the annual production season, including play selection and casting. Direct and manage the school’s entry into the UIL One-Act Play competition. Coordinate with the Theatre Booster Club to support program goals and student scholarships. Ensure all productions comply with district safety standards and copyright/licensing laws.
