Job Description: We are a 6A school located in south Austin near Mopac. We have incredibly supportive admin teams at the campus and district levels. We have a tremendously involved and well established Booster Club as well. The program will be led by 4 directors the 25-26 school year.
The Starlight Theatre Company produces around 30 productions a year. These productions are fall shows, senior-directed theatre for young audiences, main stage musical, UIL one-act play, spring shows, senior-directed one-acts, and in-class musical. Spaces include: 2 auditoriums, 2 shops, state of the art dressing rooms and makeup rooms, and a large drama classroom.
We are seeking a director to join our team who has technical background in building as well as all things tech. Directing opportunities included as well.
