Ector County ISD is seeking an innovative and motivated Head Theatre Director to open a brand-new middle school campus for the 2026–2027 school year.
This is a rare opportunity to build a theatre program from the ground up in a state-of-the-art facility designed to support high-quality instruction and production. We are looking for a creative leader who is passionate about storytelling, student growth, and establishing a program that will define the culture of this campus for years to come.
