Fort Worth ISD Visual & Performing Arts is seeking a collaborative and student-centered Technical Theatre Teacher/Director to join the outstanding theatre program at Paschal High School. This position completes a successful three-person directing team and will support a high-quality production season focused on artistic excellence, technical growth, and meaningful student experiences.

The selected candidate will teach a full course load in Technical Theatre while helping lead and advance the technical elements of productions across the program.

Paschal High School produces seven annual productions, including the Fall Musical, One Act Play, and Spring Musical, providing students and staff with a dynamic and active performance season. Members of the directing team have opportunities for creative collaboration and leadership, including the ability to lead productions. The program features highly engaged Advanced Technical Theatre students, an active Thespian Troupe, strong campus and district support, and a dedicated booster organization committed to student success.

Facilities include a 1,400-seat main auditorium, a 175-seat black box theatre, outdoor performance courtyard, dedicated scene shop, three theatre classrooms, and extensive storage and production spaces.
